  • Introducing some handy new Workflows:

    • UAE Pass Verification: This is a digital identity verification that allows secure verification through Web to Mobile and Mobile to Mobile applications, offering a seamless and efficient way to verify user identities. This workflow is specific to the UAE region.

    • Verify EPFO: This workflow manages the process of verifying the Universal Account Number (UAN) linked to Provident Fund (PF) accounts, confirming its validity and correctness.

    • Validator: Validator module allows workflows to validate claims from the previous workflow module, resulting in either true or false. Based on the outcome, different modules can be triggered. It supports AND and OR rules to combine multiple validations.

  • Introducing the Missed Call Check verification option in the Validate Phone workflow! Now, you can easily validate the accuracy and legitimacy of a phone number by sending a missed call. The call disconnects immediately, verifying that the number is valid and active without the need to answer the call.

  • We now offer two modes on our platform: Sandbox mode, the default for new workspaces, offering a secure space for exploring features with a preset wallet balance, and Live mode for full use, providing complete access to all features, including subscription and wallet management.

  • Our Subscription payments are now handled through Razorpay, ensuring a more user-friendly experience.

Improvements​

  • We’ve revamped the Workflow module page for a even better experience! To add a new workflow module, simply hover over the "+" symbol, select the workflows or validator you want to add, and you’re ready to go.

  • We’ve added an Estimated Cost viewer for workflows. This shows the current subscription plan, the workflow module in use, and its pricing. The estimated cost provides an approximate pricing detail, which may vary based on the workflow, SMS, Email, and WhatsApp providers used.

  • The JSON Based Form has been renamed to Dynamic Form with added enhancements:

    • New Input Field Types: We've introduced two new field types; File and Radio to provide more flexibility in form creation.
    • New Key Attributes: The attributes multiple and onlyAccept have been added to enhance the form’s functionality, allowing for proper customization of input fields.

  • We’ve renamed IP Blacklisting to Whitelisting to better match the current functionality.

Bug Fixes​

  • Fixed the issue where disabling the Enable toggle in the General tab of the Terms and Conditions and Dynamic Flow workflows caused errors. Now, when toggled off, the respective workflow becomes inactive without causing an error.

  • Resolved the issue where the workspace admins were being incorrectly removed after onboarding due to invalid requests. Workspace admins will now remain active if the request is invalid.

  • We’ve fixed an issue where the Liveness Verification process was redirected to an 'onboarding failed' screen, which prevented completion of the request. Liveness Verification now works as expected.

  • Resolved an issue where the Secure Message flow redirects to an 'onboarding failed' screen when proceeding from the Web to Device workflow. Now, the flow successfully completed while proceeding with a secure message from the Web to Device workflow.

  • When default claims were removed from any workflow module, an improper error message was displayed. This has been fixed to show the correct error message.

  • Previously, the transaction price for certain workflows wasn’t being deducted correctly, including failed transactions. This issue has been fixed, and the transaction price will now be deducted accurately for each workflow module.
