Pricing Logs
The Pricing Logs function as a comprehensive record of pricing details for all transactions performed in the Workspace, providing detailed information. This includes API and workflow verifier executions, as well as SMS and WhatsApp costs.
This page allows users to view, search, and analyze pricing logs to ensure transparency and accountability across the Workspace.
Some of the things you can analyze with these Pricing Logs are:
- View pricing for a particular transaction.
- Search for specific pricing logs by entering relevant details.
- Check the time of pricing detections.
View Logs
1 Once pricing is deducted from your wallet, you can view it in the pricing logs, which display comprehensive details.

| Time | This indicates the timestamp or moment when each pricing deduction occurred, providing a chronological order of deductions. |
| Request ID | This field specifies a unique Request ID for each price deduction, making it easy to find, track, and match that deduction with its results and follow-up actions. |
| Deducted For | This field shows what the deduction relates to, such as a Transaction or PAN. |
| Price | This field shows the amount deducted for the action, providing clarity on the financial impact of each deduction. |
Get Logs
1 To retrieve a specific log, enter the relevant details into the provided fields and specify the number of days you want to view. For example, if you enter 7 days, the pricing logs from the last 7 days will be displayed.

| Request ID | Enter the Request ID that was generated for the API request. |
| Verifier Name | Choose the verifier name for which you want to fetch the pricing logs. |
| Last | Select the number of days you want to fetch the pricing logs for, such as the last 7 days, last 30 days, or last 90 days. |
| Select Date Range | Select the date range for which you want to fetch the pricing logs. |
2 Provide the details and click on the FILTER button.
3 To reset the fields and filters, simply click on the RESET button.
